Name Change

If your name is incorrect on your ticket, Aeroméxico Airlines’ name change policy allows specific name corrections. Here are the details:

1. Minor Name Corrections : Aeroméxico Airlines allows minor name corrections on tickets issued under their validation. These corrections apply to Aeroméxico Airlines flights. However, your date of birth and gender must remain unchanged.
2. Major Name Corrections : For major name corrections, a new booking is required if your ticket includes codeshare flights. The correction is only valid for tickets issued by Aeroméxico. Your date of birth and gender must remain the same.
3. Additional rules :
   • No fees apply for either minor or major name corrections.
